The weather this past week as been great! It is amazing how much the sun can bring the energy out! Along with the good weather comes a whole bunch of other fun things to do as well. In fact, I actually attended my first barbeque of the season on Thursday night. It was hosted by my friends Julia and Sean and my friends Tara and Dusten came as well. It was kinda a celebration dinner for the upcoming move of Tara and Dusten into their first home. Dinner was delicious and we had some good laughs and conversation!
Good Times and a great meal!

|Your Ideal Relationship is Serious Dating|
You're not ready to go walking down the aisle.
But you may be ready in a couple of years.
You prefer to date one on one, with a commitment.
And while chemistry is important, so is compatibility.

I can't believe how well this mental wellness thing is working out for me this year. I am in month four now of taking an early day from work, exercising weekly, and let me tell you the benefits to my Mental and Physical health have been fantastic. I am able to face important work and relationship issues, as a little bump in the road rather than see it as a huge mountain to climb. I am acutally some weeks able to take more early days then the one that I just planned on. Maybe they aren't as early as 3:30, but I haven't had any 6:30 nights in a really long time!
So, I am becoming a firm believer in taking care of the spiritual self, as it makes a world of difference as to how you react to situations that pop up as a result of living "the single life".

We had a fun time yesterday decorating eggs. Mom, Dad, Julie, Dinno, and I all decorated eggs at my house. This is my first Easter in my new home, so I was encouraged to host the decorating party. It is always a lot of fun to do!
It is something that we have been doing for years now! We chat, laugh, and laugh some more as we make all the different eggs. Of course, there are some traditional eggs that always have to be made. This would be the religous Eater Egg, as it is important to have to some of the members of my extended family. The newest member of the memorable eggs has to be the "Easter Blog" egg. Even Dad got into the festivities, as he made a self-portrait egg.

I have told my friend Jenn, that I would post some information on my blog about what a blog is. So, Jenn, this Blog entry is dedicated to you girl!
I looked online and there were many defintions of what a blog is, this is what I found out.
- Blog is short for weblog. A weblog is a journal (or newsletter) that is frequently updated and intended for general public consumption. Blogs generally represent the personality of the author or the Web site.
- A blog is basically a journal that is available on the web. The activity of updating a blog is "blogging" and someone who keeps a blog is a "blogger." Blogs are typically updated daily using software that allows people with little or no technical background to update and maintain the blog.
- A blog is information that is instantly published to a Web site. Blog scripting allows someone to automatically post information to a Web site. The information first goes to a blogger Web site. Then the information is automatically inserted into a template tailored for your Web site.
- A public web site where users post informal journals of their thoughts, comments, and philosophies, updated frequently and normally reflecting the views of the blog's creator.
So, basically the a blog is a site just like this. It is a web page, and what is so great about blooger is that they host my blog for free! It has a title. It gives a bio of the person who is hosting it. It has some links to the favorite sites that the person likes to visit. (Mine have disappeared and I need to fix.) The style of the page reflects the person, and sometimes the mood they are in on that particular day.) You can post as much as you like, and you invite freiends and family to view your blog as you so chose, and they have an opportunity to be a blogger and respond to your opinions on things! And, from what I found it almost becomes a way of connecting with new people from all over the country and all over the world!
I hope this helps!

It is a 90 minute session. You work through 26 stretching exercices twice in the time limit. The heat fluctuates between 30 and 40 degrees celcius. Let me tell yeah, it was VERY HOT in there. I was absoulutely soaked by the time I was finished. My towel was soaked. There were times throughout the class that I thought that I wasn't going to make it, but somehow I made it through. I drank lots of water afterwards, and all the tension that I have in my neck was gone, I was very relaxed when I got home and a nice cleansing shower worked to.
I have a week trial, and then will decide to continue it, but I am thinking at this point it will most likely be something that only do once a week.
