I have been thinking over the past few days that I need to develop some New Year's Resolutions for the next upcoming year. This is going to be a year of lots of exciting changes, but to keep me grounded and focus I believe it is important to set New Year's Resolutions. I try not to set too many of them or ones that are too difficult to keep, otherwise what is the point. I enjoy posting about my New Year's Resolutions here on my blog because I believe it helps me to stay in check as to whether or not I am meeting those Resolutions.
1.) Scrap to Buy
-- This means that I am not going to buy anything until I have use the supplies that I have. I recongnize that at times I am going to need to buy adhesives or things like that, but for the mean time this is my guiding resolution.
2.) Take Care of Myself
-- This means a number of things to reduce stress. It may mean cooking a good meal, going to the gym downstairs in my building for a quick workout, or playing in my scrapbook room.
3.) Take One Day at a Time
-- It is very easy for me to get carried away with things. So, when lots is happening..I am just going to take a day at a time, and only focus on the things that I can control.
Those are my New Year's Resolutions!
Have a Safe and Happy New Year's Eve!
