As I explained in my earlier post today, I am trying to get organized and make as many cards as I need until the end of the year, so that I am prepared when the baby comes. I predict that I am not going to feel like crafting nor have the time to craft once the baby comes. So, I decided to make this graduation card for my cousin who will be graduating in November with her Masters of Arts. As with all post graduate work, it is a struggle but once it is all done it gives you such a huge sense of accomplishment and quite a rush of excitement! I can't believe that I graduated almost three years ago this October myself! Nonetheless, I wanted to make a special card for my cousin, and this Shape card from the wild card cartridge was just the ticket!
This card was made with my Cricut Expression and the Wild Card cartridge. Once again I used my stash to create this card! I sized everything in my Gypsy so that I could get the largest size envelope as possible. With this cartridge, you always have to start with the envelope and then make the card accordingly to fit the envelope.
I have such great stuff to play with that it feels good to use what I have to play and have some quiet crafty time! I know very soon that it will be a precious time to have this opportunity!
