Easter Baskets

I completed the big scraproom clean. However, it doesn't seem to stay clean for very long, as I ended up making a mess again with two little Easter baskets that I made for my sister and a friend. I got the idea from Splitcoast Stampers. However, the mess isn't as bad as it was when I started. A 10 minute clean up before I head up to bed is all that is really needed!

Splitcoast Stampers gallery of resources. This was a great tutorial because it had pictures and a video. So, I was able to use both to help me make these. The fabulous thing that I discovered tonight was the fact that the flower tag clear stamp by Imaginisce that I bought during the mini album scrap class that I took. actually fits with the scalloped punch I own. They fit beautifully. It was like they were made for each other. Typically big money is spent when at a Stampin Up Party to get this kind of combination. But, I just lucked out. Additionally the Happy Easter Studio G Stamp I have also fits perfectly inside the circle punch. So,I was able to create another punch that looks like a sticker. So, much fun with this project!

The weather has been miserable! Lots of wind today and rain. So, it was great to stay indoors. The lights have flickered twice. Which has me worried that the power is going to go out. Oh dear!

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my project!
